By accessing or using Writio ("the Service"), operated by Writio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Writio is an AI-powered platform that helps users create, schedule, and analyze LinkedIn content. Features include AI post generation, content scheduling, analytics, and free tools. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical limitations of the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using Writio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your posts, drafts, or other content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, originality, or performance of AI-generated content.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. The Lifetime plan includes updates for 2 years from the date of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Free Tier Limitations

The free plan includes limited monthly usage (posts, remixes, scheduling slots, and drafts). Free-tier posts may include a Writio watermark. Usage limits may be adjusted at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

Writio integrates with LinkedIn and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Writio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
